I have opened a Game account with Game Namibia and have ever since regretted this choice!

On my Game application, I gave them instructions to Debit by bank account on a monthly basis.

The first month when my account was not debited I called RCS Group to find out what why this has not taken place.

They informed me not to worry that the debit instruction has been sent out in that will be debited the next month.

Game/ RCS Claim that a debit instruction was sent and that it has been reversed when there is no records there off on my bank statement. I have even Gone as far as calling my bank to find out if this debit instruction was sent. And according to my bank they have no records thereof.

I have made a payment of NS 900 in store.

My account has now been taken taken to ITC, why should i pay for someone incompentcy.

I have so many email records sent and non solutions and answers were given
I would like for Game and RCS to contact ITC and explained to them how this was their incompetency and I would like this cleared and proof provid I would like an apology from Game and RCS for this major inconvenience.
Game took no responsibility of such when i went to see their admin manage
