I Went to Mtn Benmore on Saturday for a micro sim to be told there were no sims. On Sunday I went to morningside to be told they also do not have microsims. They proceeded to cut me one. I bought a 1 gig bundle which they told me had been loaded. I went home to switch on my iPad and noticed that 0gigs were loaded. Went back to Morningside and was assisted with the gig loading. My blackberry curve 9900 has a keyboard malfunction and went back to morningside today, after being told an assessment will take 48 hours. I sat for 1h20 mins waiting to be assisted. A consultant helped everyone before me and left me sitting waiting due to a prior altercation with him due to very poor service he had given me and intentionally ignored me. After waiting and wasting my time, I'm told an assessment will take 6 weeks and I should rather go to Midrand. Last year I took a phone in, which was assessed after 3 days and only after calling after7 weeks of waiting, was I informed my phone was ready within 3 days. I have received the most atrocious service from MTN over the past week!
