Virtual fax

Hi
We have registered for the virtual fax service. Everytime i send a fax it tells me that i have no attachments and to re-send. i have phoned the call centre three times now and they say they have escalated it to the service provider of the virtual fax service, but i have received no feedback as yet! The whole purpose of getting the virtual fax service is to use it and that is not happening.
