Absolutely no feedback - appauled

I have applied for a contract with Matepelo who was supposed to call me back on Thursday 2 May 2013 at 12:00 to select the device I want. I have called the help desk 084145 and select option 2 but hold forever. I have called the helpdesk and spoken to numerous agents. A lady by the name of Portcia Zulu yesterday advised that I will get a callback witjin an hpir. It is the next day and I still have no feedback. I called in this morning and spole to Gugu Yende who advosed that her team leader Sharlin Aiyer would call me shortly. She refuses that the 084145 number had me on hold for such long periods. This has become tediculous. I want to order my device but am sick and tired of calling.
