8Ta don't do what they promise

I have cancelled a contract within the 7 days. They have a policy stating that they have a turn around time of 7 days. It has now almost been 2 months and still no one knows what goes on in that department. All I get is empty promises. Customer care don't even respond to my complaint or e-mails. Should I go to carte blanche and consumer law? They have not done what their own contract says.
