Poor Service Continues

It was great to read in the paper that Vodacom's profits are growing by 25% this year. It pains me to think at what cost to the consumers who have so loyally supported them over the years. I have been a user of Vodacom's products since before I matriculated in 2004, and with good reason, their call centres were prompt and staffed by knowledgeable people and their signal quality was of the best. Much has changed over the last 3 years or so. Their signal quality is now of the worst around, I can only imagine that this is due to smaller networks piggy-backing off their towers all this subsidised by Vodacom subscribers, at my work place there is no signal at all and the new tower that they said would be up by march last year does not seem to have materialised, I am still being charged for BIS service several months after i had converted to an iPhone package and then later informed the call centre, who escalated it to a supervisor who promised to take a look into it and never came back to me (This was at least two months ago). I am so frustrated that I wanted to pay up my contract and cancel it. But guess what!? You can't even do that. I held for 80mins over 3 days no answer. Shame on U
