VODACOM CAUSES THEN RUNS AWAY FROM IT!!!

I noticed that my Cellphone account got unusally high but thinking it was my data package I continueslly paid for it without worries however when I went to pay my account on 6th Of April at the Vodashop curisosity got the better of me and I asked what was all the charges for and then I am told there is an additional number on my account - A FREAKING NUMBER I DIDNT AUTHORISE!
It has been noted that Vodacom took my sons application and placed it under my name and made him a user, HOW IF HE APPLIED ON HIS OWN!!! THIS IS ON VODACOMS SIDE!!! When requesting a copy of the contract which has been 4 times since the 6th of April Vodacom runs away and never supplies such and each day I am being harrased by some call centre saying my account is in arrears of which it is not seeing that I wont pay for a number that I didnt authorise and furthermore my son is distraught as he was under the impression that the number was on his name and therefore I have also instructed him not to pay it as its not on his name!!!

I DEMAND A COPY OF THE CONTRACT AND WANT THIS NUMBER OFF MY NAME IMMIDIATLY! IF I DONT GET THIS COPY OF THE CONTRACT BY 12:00 FRIDAY I WILL TAKE THE MATTER FURTHER!
