Autopage
Roaming suspended for the top use

Hi,

Once again Autopage is there only to give a problems and conflicting informations instead of assisting and providing a service.

My husband is in Europe using roaming services but this service has been suspended (without notification) as he incurred certain amount, and Autopage decided to cut it off, instead of confirming with him is it ok or not.

I phoned last night and spoke to Lee (woman) who promissed to open the roaming services, and although I offered to pay she said it wasn' t necessary, as long as he replays to their sms confirming that he is awere of the amount already spent.

Of course, as usual with your company, nothing happend. This morning I spoke to Pindy who told me that no, they cannot open the roaming, they need 50% payment.

Completly opposite of the info from last night.

We have been using your services for so many years yet you have no decency to check the history of the account and then to judge your decisions.

I am extremly upset that my husband, frequent user of roaming service is now left without the phone in Europe, because of your pathetic service.
