Beware when you change service provider with Altec Autopage. I have been dealing with this company for many years, after changing from MTN to Cell C having international roaming on my MTN account I wanted to open my phone to international roaming on my Cell C account, I was denied the request until I paid a deposit of R2200.00, when I questioned this I was told that my account is now considered a new account.
