Hi

I have been strugling since the 21'st of April to get an issue resolved where MTN failed to 'uncap' my DataLite package.

I phoned the call centre daily and every time gets spinned a different story after having had to explain my issue all over again to call centre staff who do not know how their own packages work.

Absolute complete lack of ability to take owner ship of an issue. I cannot wait until my contracts with this terrible, useless company expires.
