You responded to my report on 28/01/2014 & you said you are conducting an investigation into my issue. I called M-choice today and the agent who was helping me, Nthabiseng Tsotetsi, was not helpful to my query and she had a very accusatory tone as I was trying to explain my issue. I have paid R510 for my services on a DSTV compact package and this I was hoping would speed up the process so that I can have my services connected but to my surprise she told me that she will send the call records dating back to 2 Dec 2013 and the only then will the issue be investigated. My question is how long do I have to wait for such to be resolved?

Really, I'm appalled at the service I'm getting especially since I'm the one who is calling in to find out what's happening over an issue that wasn't my fault.
