Customer service terrible & staff rude/unhelpful

2 weeks spent trying to organise upgrade - met with excuses and delays. Finally told to come in to branch to sign papers & collect phone - upon arrival they have no record of paperwork or phones in stock. Staff rude and manager unco-operative. Still no phone and no definite answer as to when I will get one. All this after being customer of long standing for 10 years.

Not the only time this has happened - previous 2 upgrade experiences were worse, with among other issues delivery of incorrect phone & delivery to wrong address.

If I weren't stuck with Autopage (this is a business phone mandated by company) I would go anywhere else.
