Ridiculous billing and no help from Call Centre!!!

The worst service provider I've ever had to deal with, always getting a different story when calling in to enquire about billing information. I was supposed to be paying R145 or just a bit more for my contract but end up being billed almost R500 every month. I never receive a statement so I don't even know what I'm paying for plus it takes an hour of holding to get through to the call centre, & when you do, your problem is still not solved... I'd like to cancel this contract but can't even get through to cancellations, what a joke!!!
