Where's my phone?!?!?!?

I took my phone into the mtn store at Irene Village Mall after it stopped working just four months after i took out the contract. I was told that they will keep me informed about the progress, which never happened. I have now phoned the shop myself 3 times and i still have no information about my phone, every time i get told that they will find out where my phone is and call me back, which never happens. Honestly, to me it sounds as if not even they know where my phone is.

I even went to the store when they told me my phone had arrived, when i got there they said "O sorry, there's been a misunderstanding but my phone is not there", the one day i phoned they even said my phones box was there but there was another phone in it!?!?!

All i want to know is where's my phone and how long do i still need to wait before i get it back??
