Pathetic service from Nashua Mobile, once again!

Why on earth do you people have a call centre if nobody ever picks up or returns calls? Your lack of service is disgusting. On 5 February 2013, I placed the same complaint. This is the response I got from Clinton Parasuramen.

We apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

Our Call Centre is currently experiencing high call volumes hence the wait on our IVR.

We will be in contact with you shortly to resolve you concerns.

And now, yet again, I am on hold for 20 minutes trying to increase my call limit so that I can use my cellphone! If a person's cellphone has been softlocked where the do you expect them to call you from for at least 20 minutes at a time??? Useless!
