Unfair Customer Treatment

The owner of the gym "Armando" has absolutely no respect for his consumers, he is a 'bigot', very ignorant and aggressive. He's got the vocabulary of a 'indiscreet' two year old the only words he knows is, " off, and you." Now you tell me is that the way an owner speak to his consumers? In matter of fact I saw him swearing at a young boy. I feel this man should study Sociology and English so he knows how to talk to people in a respectful manner.
