Unauthorised debit orders

I would like to know why you willy nilly debit member's accounts on any day you choose without prior arrangemnt?

I was in arrears for two months, and aprt from my regular debit order on 1st, my account was debited on the 22nd Feb and again 5th April without prior consent.

I amaware that you can collect outstanding fees, but YOU MUST ARRANGE WITH THE CLIENT. It is only courteous and good practice to do so.

What if the client did not have funds in his/her account? Fortunately I had. The response from this Sacha lady is blatant as if she owns my bank account!!!

I want a written confirmation from you that in future no debits will go through my account without prior consent. I want to keep it on file, so that if it happens again, I will take legal action against Zone Fitness.
