Owner threatening custome

I was in Penny Pinchers when a customer brought in a piece of black plastic. The next moment the store owner was standing with customer talking very loudly. The owner, 3 times the size of the customer, appeared to be very aggressive towards the customer. The customer then said to the customers inside the store that the owner just threatened him by saying that he is going to mash my face in. The owner also call the customer a stupid dutchman. The owner appeared to get more aggressive and said he is going to call the police to remove the customer from his property.
Being afrikaans myself that is absolutely appalling and discriminating. That poor customer. After witnessing that I will never ever set my foot in Penny Pinchers again. If he can do that to a total stranger then... The customer left without his goods after being chased away.
