Going the extra mile! excellent service

Just like to give feedback with regards to the recent report i put on Hello peter about Laminate Floor centre. Firstly seems i was incorrect we did not talk to the owner Mr Beni we spoke to someone else who said he was the owner so therefore it was not the owner who said that we can take him to court as he has money. In fact i have been in contact with the owner and couldnt ask for a better person to deal with, what a humble person and so willing to help and go the extra mile, in fact YOU dont come across companies like this anymore, and i feel sad that i actually complained about them. Mr Beni the owner of laminate flooring has really done his best to uphold not only his good name but that of the company with the help of his assistant Jane Brown, and this issue has been resolved in a excellent manner. Thank you so much for assisting me with my floors and making my house absolutely beautiful again, you didnt hesitate to help me and for that i will make sure that i reffer you to everyone i know and your beautiful floors are a example of how much pride you take in your work, thanks Mr Beni your company ROCKS!!! WELL DONE
