Bottomless outstanding account

At the beginning of 2011, I owed this company around R 15 000 and was handed over to their debt collection company Debt In. An agent named Philile helped me make arrangements for monthly payments for the next six months, which I completed and payed off, with written confirmation from her team lead/manager Gwen Kisten.

I continued receiving statements, even though my contract term had ended and multiple termination forms submitted to Head Office. Communication with Carmen Fernandis, Roodepoort gym manager, Eugene Groenewald, Central Admin Supervisor... All amounted to nothing.

The company has no system to terminate expired contracts. No way to close off paid accounts; terrible communication systems. I received a call, 2 years later telling me I will be handed over to legal. My explicit thoughts will be reserved.
