Admin at Planet Fitness Stinks!

I joined PF on 29-04-13, due to my children's swimming lessons. Within 2 days I paid al years membership in advance. Not long after I received an sms stating my acc was R200 in arears. I went to the gym and was told that it was an admin error due to a new system being implemented, I can just ignore it. Then my 1 tag stopped working, about which I complained as well. But nothing was done to correct it. About a month or 2 ago I received an sms from a collection company, I was handed over for bad debt (R200)! After talking to the company and PF, the lady at PF admitted it was an admin error on their side and emailed the company to let them know to not pursue the case further. The outstanding R200 is still against my name and my tag is still not working! I have emailed HQ, put in a complaint at 1 of the little machines in the gym and have been to the front desk numerous times over the past 6 mths. No one from HQ tried to contact or help me. I received an email last week asking whether the Club Manager at Durbanville PF has contacted me, to which I replied NO. I have not had any response yet again!
