BAD ADMINISTRATION

My Gym contarct expired in Dec 2012. I visited the offices in Fourways, spoke to a Gavin, agreed to go on a monthly contract, completed the debit order forms and handed it to him. He assured me that he will ensure it reaches the correct person for capturing. Jan all worked well. In Feb, my tag would not work and I was told that my account is suspended due to non -payment. Completed another debit order form and handed it to a lady at the front desk. Paid the Jan subs and the suspension was lifted. Visit the Gym in March, guess what, account suspended again due to non payment. I ask you, how can an organisation be sooooo incompetent and inefficient with their administration. To forms completed and handed to staff in their hands and still it is not done. Definitely not an organization to be associated with.
