WONGA ADMINISTRATION NOT IN ORDER

Last year I requested that an amount which is still appearing on my ITC for a loan I took on 18 August 2012, be rectified. Proof of full payment via debit order on the 1st October 2013 was sent through on numerous occasions, but to no avail. The amount is still reflecting as unpaid.

Today I receive an SMS from BFCM stating that I was handed over for an amount of R118.67??? Where ever does this amount come from? The last loan I made on the 4th March 2013 was paid in full via debit order on the 2nd April 2012?

Please can you explain this to me? Or correct you administration around this? I have no control over what gets paid to you and what not, you deduct the full amounts including the interest via debit order?
