Unethical manner used to resolve an issue

Today I had the most unpleasant experience at kingspark virgin active gym... After completing my workout an employee screamed out and said to me hey that's not you who reflected on our system when you swiped in I was baffled and highly embarrassed at the same time she made me feel as though I'm some sort of criminal and there was a que of about 6 people waiting get swiped in... Well I clarified the issue apperantly she confused me for some one else, ... None the less that was very unethical and I left the gym with my image tarnished slightly to a degree were those that saw what took place felt as if I was involved in some activity... If the need arises to resolve an issue with a member it should be done in private not publicly
