Health and Safety issue at Virgin Active Vodaworld

I refer to an issue I raised with Virgin Active I during November 2012
Here is what was promised to me but not delivered

Virgin Active constantly strives to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our members to train and we are viewing this matter as a top concern at the Vodaworld Virgin Active Club.

I shall be in contact to confirm feedback about our ventilation systems and measures taken to rectify your concerns raised.

No measures have been taken to follow up with me. The ventilation in the aerobic studio is still not adequate to keep members from having incidents as a result of overheating. I feel Virgin Active just passes the blame onto their landlord for this one instead of dealing with the health and safety of members. If this issue is a top concern, why hasn't it been sorted out yet?
