Good Day,

I have had my issues in the past with virgin active but in the past 6 months since i rejoined the gym i have been impressed, we started the year with a bit of a bad taste regarding the squash bookings in the club vers the online bookings, but the good news is i like my club and i love going to gym there, all the staff are friendly, and make the effort to remember your name and take the time to ask how you are going and if there are any areas you would like assistance with, personally i think the staff at Virgin Active Vodaworld are the best, a few weeks ago another member collapsed in the gym and the manner and level of professionalism the staff dealt with the issue put me at ease and made me feel safe at the gym if anything would to happen.
