Poor service dlivery

To whom it may concern. I just want to report a iritating problem with the punch bag situation at the greenacres virgin active. More than one occasion it is always out of order... now as silly as that sounds eg.
taken off from its place of hanging because know one knows why??? I remember a period that there was no punching bag for weeks on another occasion. I am not one of those complaining people who complain for every little thing, and i fly buy night client who goes to workout once in a while, i train 4 to 5 tiimes a week. i notice these things, however i train with it i am in essence paying for it, so i speak on behalf of many clients out there who deserve to use it 24/7. If it is damaged buy another its simple, virgin active is a large group with many members in the country. I think the punch bag issue at my virgin active is getting radiculous actually. something very simple like that should never become a complaint. management sort this out please.
