My sister Asanda came home on friday 8 March with a slip written free gym membership after she signed a 3 year contact with Pimville Sport & Fitness Club. She is an unemployed student therefore i don't understand why she's been given a gym contract. She says that Terms and conditions were not explained to her and was not given a copy of the terms. All she was told is that the membership is for 3 years and she must pay R200 per month. She does not work and this must be cancelled immediately. The gym's website [URL Removed] has been under construction forever. Consultants must not sign up unemployed students to make their commission! it is unethical and will ruin people's credit records!
