Take Money unauthorized

My contract end now end of February. Sent two mails cancelling my debit. No reply and they debit my account.
Do not use their service because of the unprofessional staff working there. Gossips about the ladies while the work out. Bad mouth their bosses. Never even ask why I do not visit them any longer. But so forward after my two mails and unanswered call they still debit my bank. Left a message on face book. I want my money back in my account. They told Mrs Van Dyk we must just send a mail.
