No response on refund!!

Me and my partner switched to momentum multiply and so changed our membership at virgin active as mulitply customers on the 5th and 6th of February 2013. The process went smooth and our old contracts were cancelled and the new contracts made active on the day. We were told that we would expect a pro rata refund within 72 hours in respect of fees already paid in advance for the month of February. Multiply already debited my bank account the very next day for the new contracts for me and my partner for the remainder of February. After about 5 days I received no refund yet. I then mailed and phoned VA to enquire about my refund and I was told it'll take 7 working days. I received my refund almost 2 weeks later. My partner on the other hand has been ignored about her refund after email send to the club and asking the manager to see to the problem. It is now 17 WORKING DAYS and my partner had no refund or response from Virgin Active whatsoever!!! I can not understand what the problem is
