Contract expired

I had a two year contract with Zone Fitness which expired in May 2013. In June they continued with debiting my account. When i enquired about this I was advised that my account was in two months arrears. The debit on my accounts continued twice a month on the 15th and again the month end. At the end of the months when there was no funds they would again debit on the following 15th until to date. This has created a bad a very bad record with my bank and created unpaid magtape that I am charged of every time.

I phoned again spoke with Pellina and asked her why cant they cancel my account and bill me for the two months that I supposedly owe??? She told me that they wont until cancel until my account is paid up which I don't understand because they have been debiting my account every month and even twice if there is funds.
