My husband, sister in law & I were members of zone fitness.we signed a 24 month contract. i then fell pregnant and to freeze my account for 4 months so in order to do so i had to start a new contract so that i could allow the rest of my dependants to continue using the gym. so my contract had to expire 4 months later than my husband and sister in laws. In that time we experienced billing problems.however in November last year i had a query regarding the account and then spoke to their admin lady asking that when my husbands contract expires it must just be cancelled as i don't want to renew it. however the admin lady put a request through to cancel the wrong account.so instead of paying R 600 a month for 4 months i ended up paying R1200 for 4 months. i also en cured rejected debit orders in December of R 115. as i catered for a R150 debit. i have been liaising with the branch and their head office for almost a month now and they refuse to admit they made a mistake and because i don't have formal proof of the cancellation besides a telephone call. I also request that i be refunded for the amount of R715. PLEASE HELP...
