Zone fitness Lenz needs serious help

This gym is the worst ever, ges I have to stick out my contract.staff are rude.freinds are let in as favors who don't even pay.machines esp cardio equipment has internal issues and needs replacing.circuit machines are torn, missing pins. Free weights are missing covers, some weights not even available. Women not catered to by smaller weights. Vulgar language used by what seems to be the main guys in the gyms. Cars been outside the gym. The worst is that staff have no clue, I asked one lady for tips on losing weight and she said that she charges for personal training and need to book. Workers sit around and talk the entire day. Lack of equipment seems to be the main reason people leave for virgin, when I signed up i asked do they plan on upgrades and she said a total revamp was in the pipeline. nothing happened since the day i joined. I noticed how weights are left all around the gym and posing risk to the ladies that try to use them. The boxing bag is right in front of the water well and weights. The ladies section is ill equipped and does not account for ladies who perform similar routines to the men. i still cnt figure why diferent people pay less
