No solution

I posted a previous report where I complained about the lack of proper non-slip mats at the studios in Moreleta park. Their response:

We have ordered and received the steps with rubber for the step class to prevent our members from slipping. However, management is looking into whether there could be a problem with the flooring..."

Buying new (exactly the same type of) steps DID NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. No new non-slip mats have been bought. It is now almost a MONTH later.

Planet Fitness team members have no interest in resolving issues, nor purchasing the correct equipment, but they love to take your money.

I am extremely unhappy, and my problem has not been solved.
