ILLEGAL DEDUCTIONS OFF MY ACCOUNT

Planet Fitness will never get any good publicity from me.
On a few occasions, i have been to planet fitness, i have handed in letters asking them to cancel my debit order as i will pay via eft for my monthly subscription, yet this never happens. they get paid each month now via eft, and on countless occasions, i have had to take time off work to go do reversals as they have double debited my account, and there has even been an occasion where it was triple debited. this now takes time out of my working hours to fix it.
i unfortunately cannot take time off work each month to sort out their mistakes, so i try to call them to rectify the problem, but the staff are so unfriendly and they don't seem to want to help. if i go there after 5pm, then there is no body there to assist me.
I have just about had it with them. i don't even use their gym, yet im stuck in a stupid 3 year contract. now they have also changed their policy of not allowing anyone to take over your account from you, so guess what, im stuck with a contract i don't use.
