Feedback on fire damaged branch

In February of this year the Planet Fitness club where I am a member was closed due to fire damage. Members were informed via sms and allowed to use facilities in nearby clubs. We were assured that we would be updated on the status of the club. To date the club is still not open and we have received no information since February.
I specifically joined the Sonstraal club due to the proximity to my home, and while the Aurora one is nice, it is a fair bit further and I often cannot attend the classes I would like to due to the extra time needed to get to the gym.
Despite repeated requests at the Aurora gym, they have no idea when the Sonstraal gym will be opening again.
I contacted Planet Fitness on their website around 10 days ago and to date no one has replied.
