Debit Orde

I have an agreement with these people to pay off my virgin active debt via debit order. Ever since I made the arrangement I have not defaulted on payment even once. On Wed 20 March I got the following sms from the: "Debit order on your VIRGIN ACTIVE acnt due on 25/03/13 will be debited on the 22/03/13, pls make provision for this. For enq. call (011) 560-4338". I called to follow up as to why should they debit my account on the 22nd because the agreement is that they must debit on the 25th of every month because that is when I get paid my salary and this month the 25th falls on a Monday so I really don't see why they can't do the debit as normal on a Monday. I was told that it won't be a problem and I won't get charged any fees by my bank for return debit. This morning I received an amount of R435 that doesn't even belong to me I was supposed to withdraw it and give it to my husband but MDB took R200 from that money and I want it replaced! I made an agreement with them to debit on the 25th so I want my money back in full and I want to cancel all debit order arrangemets I have with them as this is a violation of my rights! They had no business taking money from me today! I am Livid!
