Deducton to before become a member

Hi Peter

I am Abegail, on the 06 January 2014 i signed the contract Zone Fitness contract at Parow Sanlam Center, that had a to pay R100 fees charge to become a member. In my wallet i had R50 that i made a deposit and they told me that my application is still pending till i pay R100 fee in full before 24 January 2014 to become a member. They told to come and test myself on the next day, but i must know not that my application is pending and not a member yet. I went to the gym on the 07 Jnauary 2014 and 08January 2014.

Due to my work arising commitments i spoke to them and tell that am no longer going to continue with their membership, as it was pending because i did not pay full R100. Now they are telling me that am forced to pay even if am not a member yet. When i asked them, what i will be paying for, because am not their member yet? They dropped a phone in my ears.

I need your assistance regarding this problem because they still aggree that am not their member yet but because i signed in 06January 2014 they are saying they will processed my application.
