Good Day,

I signed a 3 year contract which expires March 2014. I have been there a total of 2 times to train, where the 2nd time I nearly fell off a treadmill - due to ill maintenance.

I decided to cancel my contract with Sports and Fitness & went through to speak to a consultant - he explained the process, I faxed through a cancellation letter on 16th April 2013 (hoping) for a response. I gave it a day or two and cancelled my debit order shortly thereafter. The cancellation on my debit ordered lasted a month & they started taking money off my account again. When I queried this with the bank & they told me some Companies can change 1 digit & money can be deducted again.

I went in on the 29th of October 2013 again, I asked for assistance from one receptionist (who was not busy - at the time) she referred me to another receptionist. I asked if I could pay the 50% of my cancellation money in, & I was told I would be contacted by a consultant the next day. I gave them 2 days & went back to sort this out. I asked if someone could help me out with the 50% payment of what is left on my contract, this lady just wrote a message for "Nicci" and she still has not contacted me
