OUT OF ORDER AIR CONDITIONER

The air conditioning at Centurion Gate that has not been working for more than 2 months. A lot of the members have issued complaints to Management at Centurion Gate and the only explanation that we receive every time is that they are waiting for parts. In the meantime we have to exercise in highly uncomfortable and unhealthy conditions because nothing gets done to get the aircons fixed. We were promised industrial fans to make the situation bearable, but that did not happen either. I spoke to the supplier on Wednesday in the gym and he said he assessed the problem on 2 Dec 2013 already and mentioned to Management that the air could be fixed before 25 Dec. Management only contacted him this week to make another assessment. He also mentioned that they are very slack in paying and therefore they keep on postponing the process. This means that the problem could have been resolved a month ago! I also send 2 e-mails to Gideon Joubert who is the operational Manager at Planet Head office but he did not even make an effort to answer me!
