Still waiting for my refund

After having no luck with the Roodepoort Club Administrator, I logged a complaint last week on Hello Peter about debit orders going off on a contract that was cancelled in May 2013. Tracy-Lee responded by "sincerely apologising for the frustration caused". She apparently investigated the matter & promised me that I would be refunded within 3-5 days.

TEN days later i'm still waiting for my refund. I contacted both Tracy-Lee & the Roodepoort Club Administrator twice this week to follow up, but they decided to ignore my emails. Can someone else please look into this matter as I really don't have the energy to deal with this.
