TO DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED

This is now my second complaint about Planet Fitness Bedfordivew. Although head office has come back to me nothing has still been done to resolve this issue. The second credit on my account has still not be passed and to make matters even worse every time I make payment at Planet fitness it is adding that amount as owing. I don't understand how this franchise can still be standing with all the complaints and inadaquecy of the staff. Of the whole staffing team at Bedfordview there has only been one person who has helped me every step of the way. The problem is because she is not high up on the ranks there is only so much she herself can do and keeps getting stumped because the higher authorities are not doing their parts. I am bitterly disappointed with their service!!! This is now month number 5 and my problem is still not resolved!!!
