M5 Makes Promises they Cant Keep-Pathetic Service

I purchased a Trojan Treadmill from Makro 4 and a half months ago. It has been booked twice for repairs, job no JC/JHB-41933 on the 2nd January and subsequently on the 9th January under job JC/JHB-42094. The machine works for two days thereafter and stops... again. Trojan call centre, outsourced to Smollans cannot assist further and refer me to M5. Ronald from M5 promises to collect the machine on Friday and have it back by Wednesday this week. I call on Friday to remind him of the collection and get re-assured that it will be collected, but nothing has happened since... no calls or any notification. Such pathetic service from a company that supplies equipment we as consumers pay thousands of rands for!!! Get your act together M5!!! Consumers please read up on Trojan/M5 Sports before you spend your hard earned cash. What does it take to get service that you paid for??? Clearly M5 have no idea... I will no longer be willing to accept another repair attempt, you have had two opportunities to rectify, what can you differently this time around. Please replace or refund me for the purchase. I am a consumer and have rights as a consumer!!!
