Appalling service and zero communication

21st Jan I contacted Trojan Health re: my faulty treadmill. I received an SMS from M5 Sports to say they would come out on Fri 25th. I asked them to please try repair the machine on-site & if not, to please call & let me know before they took it away. On 25th no-one turned up - I called & they said they would come the following Mon. Mon 28th no-one turned up again & when I again called I got an SMS saying they would come out on Fri 1st Feb. On Fri 1st Feb they came out & took my treadmill off for repairs without informing me. On Mon 4th Feb I was informed it would take a week for me to get feedback as to what was wrong with the machine & then they would repair it. I was assured that as soon as I paid for the repairs I'd have my machine back within 2 days. Wed 6th Feb I received an SMS asking me for R450 for repairs which I paid the same day. I called to ask what was wrong with the machine & I was told a told someone would contact me. Again no call. On Mon 10th Feb I called to find out when it would be delivered to me - three calls, no feedback. Today I was told my treadmill "missed" yesterday's delivery - I'll get it on Mon 18th, 12 days after I paid. Can service get any worse???
