Still paying for cancelled contract

I must say that I am fed up at this stage. I cancelled my contract with PF on the 29th of April 2013 and they are still debiting my account and even have the cheek to take the double payment in December as well. I have been to see them, called them but they just don't call back and when you call again, the managers are always "out". I have paid R1872 to date on a contract that has been cancelled. I called the call center and held on for 15 minutes but eventually gave up after the third time of waiting that long. No one wants to own this problem and they just don't care. The manager, Bernard is always unavailable. I have a receipt from them with a reference number printed on their computers on the day I gave notice. You would think that with a reference number there would be some action. Nothing!!! I want this contract cancelled and I want my money back!!! This is a sign of the kind of service this country provides. This will never happen if there was pride in service like in the UK for instance. This has caused me so much aggravation not to mention the amount of money that I have spent on phone calls. This has to stop. I am at the end of my patience with this matter. Action now.
