POOREST SERVICE!!!

On Tuesday i made a call to Planet Fitness Wanderers on 0113270606. After calling 33 times and no one answering my call i get through to a lady (Receptionist). I enquired about joining the gym and requested to find out more about fees etc. The answer to that was, I am not sure let me put you through to sales. And guess what??? Number rings for 9 minutes no answer!!! So i call back after being disconnected. Attempt 1-22 and my call finally gets answered!!! Now after repeating myself i will be transferred to head office cause only they can assist me... Ha ha ha ha guess what? No answer there too. So after spending almost two hours of no response or assistance i decide to give it a go Wed morning. Same story, different day! So i go onto your website and click join now. Informed that i will be contacted! Okay and when will this be 2020? IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT A POTENTIAL NEW CLIENT THAT WANTS TO JOIN YOUR GYM? You guys are obviously not serious about sales targets and about new members if i look at your lack of customer service. YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIFIC and one can be sure that bad service everyone hears about!!!
