No Answer to Emails or Calls

Today, after sending numerous emails and receiving no response, I decided to Call Planet Fitness.

The first number printed on my monthly statements was answered swiftly, but I was then informed that this person can't do anything except redirect me to the second number on my statement which is for a central call centre.

I called this second number and spent 45 mins listening to the Call Centre music with no answer.
