Dear sir
I am a loyal customer of virgin active it is sad that one with get the poor service and treated like I JUST WANT YOURMONEY. I have received a call from the company telling me my account is not up to date I told the consultant that I will go into the branch and sort it out. I walked in and I did the payment cash. I have then received a e.mail claiming legal fee. When I called the number I was been to that I have been handed over to the legal department and the guys at virgin active was to inform me. Note that I am holding a receipt. There was no correspondence at the time in writing or a notification. This is really sad as I have got many of my family and friends to Sign up deal s and in turn I get the legal cost to pay. Sad how people are treated.
