Good day

Following my previous complaints about planet fitness I am yet to receive feedback from them?

This cowerdess approach is in very bad taste, I have not been contacted by Thomas, the club manager, Rinesh or customer services.

All I received was a little note saying "the contract was signed and it is legal and binding".

The more I explaine to them the circumstances, the more they refuse to acknowledge what happened here.

I trusted that a rep of PF is providing me with accurate truthful information, but he left out the costs of a double debit each December and knowingly let me sign a contract of which the terms were not fully read to me (as my eye sight renders me unable to read the contract myself), and furthermore, my state was also not noted on the contract according to my last discussion with the club manager, after I PHONED HIM.

SICKENING.

I am now weighing my options to seek legal representation, but will first register this complaint with the consumer commission.

As I mentioned previously, I will not let this stand, I will also make this public and will make sure the entire country finds out what goes on, because I cannot comprehend how this can be allowed.
