I jointed zonefitness in Jhb moved to Cpt where I now had to sign up a new contact and took my husband also to become a member, from the day we joint the gym nobody has shown us what the reason was for joining the gym and what our goal was joining the gym. Nobody even took us around the gym to show us anything or what we should do, there is just no inrest in anybody in the gym in brackenfell, no intructors showing you what to do or even what machines to use or not to use, eveybody in tht gym has a don't care attitude now I feel sorry that I even went there to sign a contact and made my husband sign one as well. If that's the case where nobody can help and at least show one what to do then I rather would like to cancel my contact if they cannot provide someone to help. The only people that gets gifts signing as members and gets full attention in that gym is the white people which I think is very unfair. Either they get someone to help me alone or cancel contact and go to Virgin Active. Many thanks Estelle Leslie.
